Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using Agile methodologies
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions and collaborate with engineering teams for root cause analysis
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and security validation with OWASP standards
- Maintain test documentation in JIRA and Confluence with clear metrics tracking
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or fintech applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL databases
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
