Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress while maintaining 80% test coverage
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and JIRA for real-time defect tracking
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical bugs and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first culture across departments
- Validate API endpoints and microservices architecture using Postman and SoapUI
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/QC roles with SaaS product experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
- Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent agile methodology training
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects
