Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate testing cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed test documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define quality standards
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Mentor QA team members and conduct peer reviews of test artifacts
- Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with proven track record in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
