Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Execute exploratory testing and defect triage with JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Champion quality metrics through dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with proven expertise in web/mobile application testing
- Advanced proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and test-driven development principles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defect prevention strategies
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
