Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and drive root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across teams
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability evaluations to uncover edge cases
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Report quality metrics to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications and cloud technologies
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools (LoadRunner, k6)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and database validation
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
