Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing initiatives including functional, regression, performance, and security validation
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Analyze test results using JIRA, TestRail, and similar tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality engineering
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to resolve defects and enhance system reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Certification in ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
