Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium and Cypress
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous testing
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor QA team members and champion quality best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and SLAs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in QA roles with 2+ years in leadership positions
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing concepts
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
