Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for web and mobile applications, ensuring 99%+ test coverage
- Perform exploratory testing and root cause analysis to identify critical defects
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for test documentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define quality metrics and release criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent certification preferred
