Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation strategies using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based SaaS platforms ensuring 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze defect metrics using JIRA and Tableau to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices and emerging testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in test automation leadership roles
- Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java and familiarity with BDD frameworks
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Proven track record implementing QA processes in Agile/DevOps environments
- Experience testing complex microservices architectures and cloud infrastructure
