Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate CI/CD workflows
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Champion quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation, test cases, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster continuous learning culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test scripting
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
