Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria for complex user stories.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative testing measures.
- Conduct deep-dive performance, load, and security testing to ensure application resilience.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development practices.
- Manage the end-to-end release process in a high-velocity CI/CD environment.
- Identify process bottlenecks and champion improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance for enterprise-level web applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Cypress.
- Proven ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment with rapid release cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data-driven insights.
