NexusFlow Systems is looking for a meticulous and driven Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our elite product team in San Francisco. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our high-scale enterprise SaaS platform. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute complex end-to-end testing scenarios to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents to prevent regression.
- Manage the release validation process within our Agile CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for software testing best practices across the engineering department.
- Perform comprehensive API testing and performance benchmarking to ensure platform scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance for complex web applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go).
- Extensive hands-on experience with automated testing tools and modern test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management for data verification tasks.
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
