Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and identify edge cases early in the SDLC.
- Execute complex integration and end-to-end testing cycles to ensure mission-critical functionality.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Improve existing CI/CD pipelines to achieve faster release cycles without compromising quality.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure high availability and stability of our cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software testing and QA automation.
- Expert proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong background in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
