Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression analysis for complex web applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Lead QA efforts for new feature rollouts, ensuring zero-defect deployments through rigorous CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Mentor junior QA staff and evangelize best practices in performance and security testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Deep expertise in building test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration in an Agile environment.
