You will play a pivotal role in shaping our QA strategy, working alongside high-performing product and engineering teams to ensure we maintain our industry-leading quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycles, from requirement analysis to production deployment monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable quality gates.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on critical production incidents.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality-first development practices.
- Manage cloud-based testing infrastructure and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Advocate for best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Extensive experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Expertise in SQL and non-relational database testing.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
