Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of complex production issues.
- Collaborate with developers and Product Managers to define acceptance criteria for new features.
- Lead and mentor junior QA staff to ensure best testing practices are followed.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance and load testing strategies.
- Identify and implement improvements to the CI/CD pipeline to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in automated software testing.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- ISTQB Certification or similar professional quality assurance accreditation is a plus.
