Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and collaborate with engineering teams for rapid resolution.
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies for sprint cycles and large-scale product releases.
- Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing to ensure system reliability under peak traffic.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to code reviews for test automation scripts.
- Integrate automated testing workflows into Jenkins or GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Maintain high documentation standards for test plans, cases, and defect reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and product usability.
