Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Conduct API and database testing using Postman and SQL
- Execute cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/testing with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing methodologies
- Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning ceremonies
- Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
