Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for medical device software and hardware
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives ensuring FDA compliance and ISO 13485 standards
- Execute automated and manual testing using Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Analyze defects and drive continuous improvement in QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first engineering culture
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to deliver flawless products
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/QC with 2+ years in regulated industries (medical devices preferred)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools
- Strong understanding of risk-based validation methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma or ASQ CQE highly desirable
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development lifecycles
- Proficient in defect tracking systems and quality management software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
