Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Lead root cause analysis of critical defects and drive cross-functional resolution
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize testing best practices
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent QA experience
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) and performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven track record with agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, GraphQL) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodology preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerized environments
