Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing for cloud-native applications
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and custom frameworks to accelerate release cycles
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and JIRA for seamless test integration
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical defects and drive quality improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/SDLC with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman/SoapUI
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA frameworks
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
