Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define quality KPIs
- Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and performance validation
- Analyze test results and drive continuous improvement of QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies with a focus on test-driven development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with emphasis on automation
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus
