Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using Selenium, Appium, and Postman
- Lead automation strategy development and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Perform exploratory testing, regression analysis, and performance validation
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproducible steps
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and tooling
- Champion quality initiatives throughout the SDLC
- Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and RESTful API testing
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in defect tracking and project management tools
- Experience in fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
