Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA frameworks including test automation, performance testing, and security validation
- Lead cross-functional test planning sessions to align with agile development sprints
- Execute manual and automated tests across web/mobile applications and API endpoints
- Analyze test results using JIRA/Confluence and drive defect resolution with engineering teams
- Develop comprehensive test documentation including test plans, cases, and user stories
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality gate implementation
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve department testing best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in cybersecurity or fintech industries
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and database testing (SQL)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools (Zephyr, PractiTest)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into test scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
