Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex defects
- Drive quality initiatives through JIRA, TestRail, and defect lifecycle management
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
