Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security validation
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and defect tracking protocols
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integrations for continuous testing workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Champion quality culture through cross-functional stakeholder workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with specialization in web/mobile application testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance certification preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Demonstrated experience leading QA projects from conception to delivery
