Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality metrics and SLAs
- Champion QA best practices including shift-left testing and continuous integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend process optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certification (ISTQB, CSQA) preferred
