Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough regression, integration, and end-to-end testing cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical system bottlenecks.
- Oversee the integration of QA processes within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Mentor junior QA staff and conduct code reviews for test scripts.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights on testability and risk assessment.
- Document defects in Jira with high attention to detail and clear reproduction steps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in automated software testing.
- Proven expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of REST API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust is a major plus.
