Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for SaaS applications using Selenium, Cypress, and JIRA
- Develop end-to-end automation scripts covering API, UI, and performance testing
- Lead root cause analysis for critical defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Champion quality metrics across Agile/Scrum environments
- Implement test data management strategies for complex cloud deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with cloud-based applications
- Expertise in Python/Java for test framework development
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong background in security testing (OWASP Top 10)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
