Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct thorough exploratory, regression, and performance testing for complex distributed systems.
- Lead root-cause analysis sessions to identify and resolve systemic defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in architectural reviews to identify potential bottlenecks before deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or Java for automation scripting.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database validation.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
