Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Execute manual and automated test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead QA processes for cloud-native applications using DevOps methodologies
- Analyze complex business requirements to create detailed test cases and scenarios
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and defect tracking in JIRA
- mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality initiatives across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality in fast-paced environments
