Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium and Cypress for web/mobile applications
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline quality gates
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor QA team members on advanced testing techniques and industry best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Implement test metrics to quantify quality improvements and report to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, or Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database validation and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker)
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
