Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium/Cypress.
- Lead QA strategy for new feature releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive resolution.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous performance and load testing to ensure system scalability.
- Maintain high documentation standards for test plans and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
- Extensive experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Playwright.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying quality bottlenecks.
