Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead QA initiatives for CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous testing
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and drive prevention strategies
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality metrics dashboards
- Partner with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Java/Python)
- Strong background in API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Git workflows
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing environments
