Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex enterprise SaaS applications.
- Lead the transition from manual testing to a fully automated CI/CD integrated pipeline.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of 'Quality First' across the engineering department.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Manage load, stress, and performance testing to ensure system scalability.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of REST API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and sprint cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional team collaboration.
