Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Python
- Lead defect triage sessions and drive root cause analysis with development teams
- Execute exploratory testing and create detailed test documentation
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, PyTest)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
