Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using Selenium, Cypress, and JIRA
- Lead automation framework development and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Conduct performance, security, and regression testing for critical financial systems
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive quality improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria
- Implement test coverage strategies for microservices architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Fintech or high-transaction industry experience required
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
