Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality documentation standards
- Champion quality metrics and reporting using tools like TestRail and Grafana
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in API testing with Postman and RESTful services
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and performance testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in AWS/GCP environments
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks (Appium, XCUITest)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
