Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing for web/mobile applications
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies aligned with agile sprint cycles
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability analysis to identify edge cases and user experience gaps
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with focus on fintech or SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing methodologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
