Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web/mobile applications
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles including functional, regression, performance, and security validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify defects and drive quality improvements
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years QA experience)
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit automation frameworks
- Strong experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems (Jira) and test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
