Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for cloud-native SaaS platforms
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and custom Python frameworks
- Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and drive preventive actions
- Mentor QA engineers on performance testing and security validation techniques
- Champion CI/CD pipeline integration for automated regression suites
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria
- Generate quality metrics dashboards and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)
- Strong background in API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation techniques
- AWS/GCP cloud testing certification preferred
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- CSM or equivalent certification beneficial
