Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead comprehensive test planning and execution for web, mobile, and API applications
- Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Champion quality initiatives across the organization through training and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC with 2+ years in automated testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and CI/CD integration
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and JavaScript for test script development
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into test scenarios
