Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and continuous improvement strategies
- Identify, document, and track defects through JIRA with clear prioritization and resolution guidance
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with proven expertise in test automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java) and scripting
- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
