Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across teams
- Document test cases, bugs, and quality reports in JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in Agile/Scrum environments with SaaS applications
- Expert proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Deep understanding of test methodologies, including TDD/BDD and shift-left testing
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
