Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles including functional, regression, performance, and security validation
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Execute exploratory testing and create detailed test plans covering complex user workflows
- Analyze defects using JIRA and drive root cause analysis for quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices across the organization
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and quality gate management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with proven expertise in test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/Java) and SQL for test script development
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test documentation and metrics dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in complex systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
