Responsibilities

- Lead automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Champion quality metrics through JIRA, TestRail, and custom dashboards
- Drive cross-functional quality initiatives through agile ceremonies and defect triage
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing excellence
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and prevention strategies
- Evaluate and implement emerging testing tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS/financial technology environments
- Expertise in automation testing with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and performance testing tools
- Agile/Scrum certification with practical sprint planning experience
- Proven track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%+
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
