Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins
- Execute comprehensive testing methodologies including regression, integration, and performance validation
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based SaaS products using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Analyze test data to identify trends and drive quality improvements in product lifecycles
- Mentor junior QA engineers while establishing best practices for defect tracking in JIRA
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines with embedded quality gates
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and propose preventive solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with emphasis on test automation
- Expertise in API testing using Postman and RESTful services validation
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database testing and data integrity verification
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Demonstrable success implementing QA processes in fast-paced tech environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Advanced knowledge of defect lifecycle management and release criteria
