Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Investigate and document defects with detailed reproduction steps and severity analysis
- Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Implement continuous monitoring strategies for production environments
- Drive quality initiatives through Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with emphasis on automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test orchestration
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security scanning
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance framework
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
