Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins for real-time quality feedback
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across teams
- Optimize test coverage metrics using tools like SonarQube and TestRail
- Validate API and microservice integrations using Postman and SoapUI
- Collaborate with UX teams to enhance accessibility compliance testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation frameworks
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Python/Java for test automation
- Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and JIRA workflow optimization
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA certification
- Experience testing cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficient in SQL for database validation and performance testing
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test cases
