Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution strategies for complex fintech features
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality standards and release criteria
- Analyze defects using JIRA and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Champion CI/CD pipeline integration with automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for QA best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with focus on test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Proven experience with API testing (RESTful, GraphQL) using Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) a plus
